Assistant Stage Manager

Responsibilities Include:

• Running the Stage Left Deck and ensuring scenic changes were occurring when needed and notify departments when needed backstage.

• Ready at all times in the rehearsal room to assist the needs of the Director and Cast to allow the room to run smoothly. 

• Create deck tracking paperwork for all props and scenic pieces to have a clear idea of what is occurring throughout the production.

• Communicate information discussed in the rehearsal room to the Props, Technical Director, and Scenic Designer.

• Orchestrated and led meetings when needed with the Props Team, Technical Director, and Scenic Designer.

• Experience working with Prop Weapons and the safety procedures that come with them.
